CEO – Angie May
Angie has more than 22 years experience in Indiana’s business community. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Data Cave, Inc., and President and CEO of Analytical Engineering, Inc., in Columbus. She serves on several local advisory boards, and is on the board of directors for Salin Bank. Angie has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Trine University, and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

President – Caleb Tennis
Caleb is a Cisco Certified Network Professional, with over 10 years experience in designing large scale network and electrical infrastructures. Caleb was responsible for the design, build-out, and commissioning of all criticial systems within Data Cave. He has a BS in Electical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and an MS in Engineering from Purdue University.

Network Operations Director – David Krider
David has over 20 years experience working in large scale network and data center operations, including work at a Fortune 500 company technical center as SAN manager. David is responsible for overseeing the Network Operations staff and implementing a comprehensive monitoring and installation strategy. David has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.

Facility Manager – Nic Kirts
Nic is responsible for the day to day operations of the core aspects of the facility, including electrical and HVAC control. Nic personally oversaw all aspects of the construction of the interior of the Data Cave facility. He has over 10 years experience in electrical and network installation, and is a licensed electrician.

Business Development Director – Rick White
Rick has an extensive background in the telecom/data industry with Switch and Data (now part of Equinix), Newton Instrument and GTE Hawaiian Tel (management development out of undergrad). He also held senior field leadership roles at Diversey/Lever (now part of SC Johnson) and Ecolab where he turned around their Hawaii region. Prior to joining Data Cave, Rick was on the adjunct faculty at National American University-Denver and was a consultant on telecom/data issues. Rick has a BA in History from the University of Hawaii-Manoa and holds an MBA from Chaminade University.

Business Development Manager – Barry Czachura
Barry has 35 years of experience in business development and customer relations. His work history includes management positions with Ethyl and Pillsbury Corporations, national sales manager for Freestyle Inc., and Director of Business Development for Analytical Engineering Inc. Barry has a BS from Southern Illinois University, is an avid golfer, community volunteer and wine enthusiast.

Eric has over 27 years of sales experience. His background includes
Global IT Consulting and Outsourcing arrangements as well as retail
security solutions. Eric has worked for IT firms such as Tekmark Global
Solutions (Edison, NJ), Bell Techlogix (Indianapolis) and Haverstick
Consulting (Indianapolis).
