The Second Floor

I took my first trip up to the second floor today.

The block crew is hard at work, laying block on the east wall.

While a few members of the block crew grouted the west wall.

The steel workers have been busy placing pan and welding it into place.

A few other steel workers are welding angle iron. The steel pan sets on the angle iron.

Here’s Dave (AEI) using a plasma cutter to cut a piece of steel. Dave is working on creating a conduit large enough to hold all of the electrical service that will need to run between the first and second floors.

In the bottom left hand corner is a hole that will hold the conduit.
